How we rank
Voted recipes always outrank unvoted ones. Among voted: ranked by the Wilson 95% lower boundon yes-rate — the same method Reddit uses for “best” comments. Translation: a recipe with 3 yes / 0 no doesn't beat a recipe with 50 yes / 1 no, because three votes isn't enough to be sure.
Recipes with zero votes fall back to a quality score (recipe richness + recency) so the page never looks empty.
No editorial weighting. No paid placements. Open code at src/lib/supabase/queries.ts.
