We want you to know exactly how this site pays for itself. The short version: notyos is funded entirely by display advertising. We do not run affiliate links, we do not take sponsored posts, and we do not accept payment for placement on recipe cards or leaderboards.
Google AdSense
This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google My Ad Center, and manage third-party ad-cookie preferences at aboutads.info/choices.
Ad placements are marked “Advertisement” and are clearly separated from editorial content. Advertisers have no influence on which recipes or creators appear, where they rank on the leaderboard, or which get featured.
Recipe links
The outbound links on recipe pages (“Get the full recipe at …”) are notaffiliate links and carry no referral tag. We send every click straight to the creator who wrote the recipe — with no commission in the middle. That’s the whole point of the directory.
Ranking integrity
The Nacho Score blends community ratings, pageviews, outbound clicks, and recency into a single number. No one on our side — editorial, advertising, or otherwise — can move a recipe up or down. The formula is the formula.
